2010 year end .

To all Members,
2010 was a difficult year for everyone. We have seen the Partnership changing to simple working Relationship, and we hope that this will not become a Battleship in 2011.
APOC Superintendents were drastically reduced when at the same time workloads are increasing dramatically. Presently, we are trying to understand the new Management structure where we will see more General Managers with larger territories to manage.
2011 will unfortunately not be easier. I hope that CPC will start looking at ways to help the APOC Members to be able to do their work with basic solutions, instead of nice hypothetical theory. We will pursue our requests and actions to CPC to have the proper number of Relief to cover the known absences.
To you and family, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
APOC National Office Staff.
