UPDATE: Lump sum payment to APOC-represented employees based on new collective agreement

Employees are expecting a lump sum payment of 1.5% to be paid during the week of February 9. The lump sum payment is not appearing on their pay statement of Thursday, February 12, 2015, although it is being paid.

What steps must the Contact Centre follow?
Inform callers:

The payments have been issued through the pay advance process and the funds will be deposited in the bank accounts the week of February 9.

The 1.5% lump sum payment will show on the pay statements of Thursday, February 26, 2015, along with a salary advance recovery.
