Communique to Members

As you probably know, the Association has written to the Minister of Labour to apply for conciliation.
Now that the Interest Base Negotiations are over, we can communicate the issues where we have reached a tentative agreement in principle, and the highlight those issues that remains outstanding.
You will find two communiques when you click in the documents section. I would suggest that you read the first one, before proceeeding to the second one.
The first one, a Communique to Members, will explain to you where we are in the process. 
The second one is titled New jobs evaluation plan and salaries and will give you the results of the new Job Evaluation Plan.
