APOC is pleased to advise members that Grievance #00-2021-0004, concerning the 10% reduction in At-Risk Pay for the 2019 calendar year, has now been resolved.
As a result of this resolution, the outstanding 10% payment will be issued to affected members on November 5, 2026.
We recognize that this matter has been outstanding for a considerable period of time, and we are pleased to finally be in a position to confirm the payment date.
At the same time, the Association continues to communicate with the Corporation regarding the retroactive pay resulting from the signing of the new Collective Agreement. We are seeking a firm payment date and will provide members with an update as soon as that information is confirmed.
