GWL – MORNEAU SHEPELL

Since 2011, Canada Post Corporation has used the GWL/ Morneau Shepell as a disability service provider for our APOC members.

To ensure that GWL/Morneau Shepell is giving a quality service in their role, on October 19, 2015 a survey was provided to all employees who have used their services. The Corporation has expressed their concern regarding the low return rate from these individual surveys.

Surveying the satisfaction of APOC employees is a critical part of measuring their success in managing STD and DM programs. As APOC, you may complete these surveys from the perspective of an employee and again as a team leader.
