The proposal to amend Article 2.5 of the National Constitution has been rejected.

The number of Ballots mailed out – 3,279

The number of Ballots received –   843

The number of Ballots in Favor – 517

The number of Ballots Against –   304

The number of Spoiled Ballots –   22

The Article shall continue to read as follows:

Article 2.5

Any amendment of this Constitution shall become effective by approval of two-thirds (2/3) of the delegates voting at a National Convention of the Association and unless otherwise specified, shall be effective at the time of its adoption.

The Association wishes to thank all members who participated by voting and also to express our appreciation to the scrutineers for their assistance and verification of the Ballots received.
