Update on Negotiations between Canada Post and APOC

Canada Post and the Association of Postal Officials of Canada (APOC) have been meeting since March 16th to continue negotiations towards a new collective agreement. The parties will be returning to the table in the near future to further discuss the matters that remain outstanding.
Under the interest-based negotiations process, both parties work together to find common ground on the key issues before them. The parties have arrived a crucial point in the bargaining process. However, because of the nature of the process, the issues being discussed at the table cannot be communicated at this time.
The collective agreement expires on March 31st, and it will remain in effect. Updates will be provided on the progress of negotiations as the parties continue discussions.
