The Negotiation Committee met last week in Ottawa to review the changes brought to the new Collective Agreement.
Meanwhile, the Corporation and the Association will be attending hearings May 11th, July 28 and 29 2015 with Arbitrator Lorne Slotnick, about seniority in order to reach a final offer as per Article 11.4:
If the parties are unable to reach a negotiated settlement either party may provide notice to the other party of its intention to refer all outstanding matters to a mutually agreed upon arbitrator for final offer selection arbitration, and neither party will have recourse to their respective right to strike or lockout.
When final offer is reached, we will be able to print the said Collective Agreement, meanwhile it we be available soon on our website.
