WORK CHALLENGE

Work Challenge Committee- Suzanne Schmidt, Rick Williams in collaboration with Rachel Lafontaine, Liberato Taddeo and Dillon Lumsden and Alain Lamarche.

The committee met the week of May 16th, 2016.  During this week we established our first action plan and timelines. As part of this we created a survey.   This is a quick online survey an online service to be determined that also has mobile application accessibility.   The purpose of this survey is to provide us with a high level snap shot of the work challenges across the country. This snap shot will be utilised to identify areas where we will soft launch our pilot. Your participation in this survey will be essential for you and for the progress of the pilot.

We have communicated with your Divisional Vice-Presidents to ensure the comprehension and quality in its application. Shortly you will be approached by your Branch Presidents on the importance of your contribution.

This committee is eager to reconvene on the week of July 11, 2016 to review your results gathered from the survey to initiate the second action plan.
