Committes Members
I’m pleased to announce the following names of the APOC Representatives who will form part of the various committees.
NATIONAL JOB EVALUATION APPEAL COMMITTEE:
Michel Tremblay Serve Sales 5: Michel was a member of the committee who prepared the initial formation of the new Jobs Evaluation Plan. His experience and knowledge in this regard will be an important asset in this committee. Michel is currently the Secretary-Treasurer for the Quebec Branch.
Lyle Drouillard Officer Routing and Dispatch OP1: Lyle was a member of the Bargaining Team and will be our second APOC Representative on this committee. His expertise in Mail Ops Support and his background in C&D and the Plant will be of great benefit to the Committee. Lyle is currently the Windsor Branch President.
SHORT TERM DISABILITY COMMITTEE :
Denis St-Georges Superintendent Receipt Verification Unit OP 2: Denis is currently a member working on the Disability Management (NIDMAR) joint committee and will bring significant support and understanding to the committee. Denis is currently the Ottawa Branch President.
David Atchison Officer Traffic Control OP 1: David brings knowledge and experience in his current dealings on this topic and will be of benefit in assisting the committee in reaching the goals and objectives set for them. David is currently the Divisional Vice-President of Foothills.
Guy Dubois Superintendent Local Area OP 2: Guy was a member of the Bargaining Team and was greatly involved into the discussions surrounding the new S-T-D Plan. Guy is currently in the National Officer project position.
JOINT COMMITTEE RATINGS FOR PERFORMANCE APPRAISALS AND STAFFING ELIGIBILITY LIST:
Dave Watters Superintendent R&D OP 2: Dave was member of the Bargaining Team and has developed an expertise on working on and understanding the processes involved in performance appraisals. His extensive experience in this subject will be of great benefit for the committee. Dave is currently the Divisional Vice-President for Pacific.
