Job Evaluation
The Joint committee met during the last two previous weeks. There were a lot of discussions between the Association and the Corporation and changes were made to the questionnaire.
Several members from Montreal, Ottawa & Toronto were approached to complete the said questionnaire.
There are still adjustments to be made but we are making progress and in the end result; that is what’s important!
